Upload a worklog CSV from Jira or Tempo, map clients and rates (per person, per client, with an effective date), and get a client-ready timesheet plus import files for Xero and QuickBooks Online. Nothing is uploaded anywhere: the file is read by this page only.
Works with: a Tempo worklog export (Issue Key, Hours, Work date, worker), a Jira Export CSV (all fields) with Log Work columns (comment;date;author;seconds), or any CSV with person, date, hours or seconds, and an issue or project column.
or paste CSV:
Projects → clients. Leave a client blank to treat that project as non-billable.
| Project | Hours | Client |
|---|
Rates. The most specific rule wins (person + client, then person, then client, then default), using the latest one in effect on the work date. Use * for "any".
| Person | Client | Rate per hour | Effective from |
|---|
The Xero file follows the column layout of Xero's sales invoice import template; Xero imports invoices as drafts. Check the columns against the template under Business → Invoices → Import before your first import. QuickBooks lets you map columns during import (Settings → Import data → Invoices); keep "Custom transaction numbers" on to keep these numbers.
We're building Ratecard Invoices as a Jira app: pick a client and a month, get the invoice from live worklogs, with rate history kept for you. Get early access (free).
